Topps Heritage rare insert ?

Saw this on a 2003 T Heritage Willie Mays uniform patch card

Front has a piece of Mays NY Mets jersey

BUT, On the back something about Topps doesn't guarantee anything about game used, or makes no promise ??

The back of card seems to guarantee nothing ??

That's been on most memorabilia cards since someone got caught selling the card companies a bunch of fake stuff.

Yep, basically it's legalese so Topps is not held accountable if they accidentally put the wrong patch from the wrong player in the card or they use a jersey from an old-timer's game or a warmup jacket.

There was a great error a couple of years ago with Donruss Americana where they put the Willie Mays patches in the Willie Nelson cards, while the Mays cards got red bandana relics.
