Not even close. Here are two signatures of his from 1956. The first one signed in California on the way to the Olympics. The second one signed for the woman who ran the dining hall used by the U.S. team at the Olympics in Melbourne.

Great examples. The postcard is uncommon and that is really all there is to it.

I don’t know how a major auction house puts something like this out there. I won’t judge the auto but putting anything out there that isn’t authenticated seems like a bad idea. You don’t want to gain a rep for putting out bad autos. That’s hard to shake.

Still nothing back on this. Guess they won’t be updating the listing.

I saw this in The Mile high and it is Really Bad. Now if you buy this with NO AUTHENTICATION can you return it when it is turned down...

It would appear that they do not accept returns per section 11. |

Joe Thank you for posting I do hope it helps. For those that don't know Joe He has collected Celtics Signed Items for many years and he is definitely the guy I would ask about any early Celtics Autographs.

I liked the PC a lot as a PC but didn't want to pay the freight for a signed item; glad I stayed away.

I mentioned earlier that these are not super common postcards. Much harder to find than the team issued photo packs from the era.
