I sold a couple of lots last week. One of the payers paid instantly. The other winner has not paid or responded to any of my messages. How long do you usually wait until you consider this a non-payer?

I believe ebay will step in for you after 10 days or so.

Thanks, I was wondering how that would work. I waited 2 days and when I didn't hear, I went a head and sent an invoice. Now has been 3 additional days. I figured I would give to the end of the week.

After 7 days, I file a NPB claim, they have 4 days after that to make good then I close the claim.
