Pretty sure that the first one is Carl Bass, the CEO of Autodesk.
You can compare with his signature on the 6th page of the PDF here: https://investors.autodesk.com/stati...2-2b8c0861b9ed Why a boxing glove? Perhaps he's knocking out the competition?
