Is it me or have the SGC "per grade" standards disappeared along with their new web page? There is this link, which includes a detailed description of their qualifiers or what makes a card un-gradeable - but it would appear that the old scale of Pristine to Poor and what makes those grades different is gone. Here is the page I am looking at:
