In most cases my grade estimates do not factor normal OC conditions if not excessive. My grade estimates are "my grade estimates", some may feel differently though I do have a good understanding of how cards generally grade. I do not want to over estimate the conditions only to have someone get mad on the receiving end. Prices listed are well below my cost of assembling.
