Topps Box Breaks
Anybody breaking hobby boxes and not finding the "minimum 1 autograph card OR relic " in the box as advertised? Seems it happens all too often. Sealed boxes, various places I have purchased them.

I believe there is a form you can fill out on Topps's website that they will send you the missing hit.
