Mangers and Coaches Yelling with their hands
So, I've been planning my next purchase for my 1952 Bowman set...and I think I'm going to go after Casey Stengel. I've always thought it was a cool, unique pose for a card:
YellStengel.jpg But then I happened to notice, that it really wasn't unique at all. In fact, did Bowman intentionally have a short recurring theme of Yankee managers/coaches yelling with their hands? YellDickey.jpg So that got me thinking...did Bowman invent the "hand yelling" card? Turns out, they did not: Yell206.jpg And there were many more to come: Yell.jpg Anyone else know of any "yelling with their hands" cards? PS-And thanks to whoever the author is of the MetsFantasyCards blog. As I started searching for "manager yelling baseball cards" google took me to one of your old posts from 2018 where I found many of those post-war images...you made my research very easy
