FS: Babe Ruth single signed baseball....$995
For sale is a Babe Ruth signed Fairplay 'Suburban League' baseball from the 1920's. The signature is very light, but a few of the letters can be made out, along with appears to be the quotation marks around 'Babe'. The right side of the 'B' in Babe is light, along with the 'a'. The beginning loop of the 'R' in Ruth is easily seen, and the 'th' in Ruth is visible. A couple more pics have been posted under a UV Ultraviolet light showing a bit more of the signature. Up to now, I've never seen a signed item by Babe Ruth where he used invisible ink.
