So, just like many folks have noted here, PSA has had long turn around times lately. I had an early December express sub that I called on in early January. Coincidentally? it got finished and shipped that day - whoda thought! Anyway, the CSR said he would recommend that I receive a voucher for the tardiness. Lo and behold, it arrived today.
Now, the voucher was a little less than 20% of the sub amount, but I certainly appreciate the gesture. I submit less than 50 cards a year and they are certainly not high end. Was nice for a company to acknowledge fault and give a little back to the consumer. Just thought we could hear some positive take on the company that housed most of the slabbed cards out there. |
