Coaches Corner coming to Cooperstown?

There is a sign in the window of a Main Street shop that says
"Future home of Coaches Corner". Hoping they are not affiliated with
The "Coach's Corner" we all know as sleazy crooks. If they are, this is way too close to home for me.
