Hi all, I know this might not be easy, but I believe this image shows Stengel and Marquard. However, I'm certainly not an expert. Any assistance would be appreciated. Thanks, Ed

It would be easier if you post hi-res scans of the faces you are interested in.

Can you tell us which of these players you think are Stengel and Marquard? I'm assuming you're speculating that the player 4th from left in the second row is Rube?

Hi, thanks for any help you can provide. I took another image. It is tough since the panoramic is behind glass - I believe it is Stengel in the front (left) and Marquard (2nd row, on right) Thanks, Ed

Take my opinions for whatever you feel they are worth They certainly resemble those two players in a way, but I don't believe it is them shown in the photo. 'Marquard' seems to have a widow's peak, which the real Rube didn't. And his nose and ears (and other things) are off. 'Stengel' is further off. Casey's nose was more prominent than that guy's, his ears didn't stick out that much, and the shape of his head is off. More importantly, we are all very familiar with Casey Stengel and when you look at the guy in the pic, you just kinda 'know' it's not him. Capisce? I was such a dangerous hitter I even got intentional walks during batting practice. - Casey Stengel

With certainty neither proposed ID is correct.
