While we're on the topic, who can tell me the best way to photo match a bat? I know this one is MLB authenticated, but it would still be cool to research. Googling the player, teams and date and looking at Getty photos is what I've been doing, but it didn't produce any Kemp pics with bat in hand. Is there a better way? Many thanks!

Go to mlb.com and look up the scores from the past. they also include highlights of each game so if he did anything in that game he may be on the highlights. Then work your way back in time from the date the bat was cracked. You may be able to find some good footage of him with the bat.

Ok. I didn't see him with the bat, but I have take more time to look more carefully. I DID see that SD played Baltimore the series before the Yankees, which could explain how he got Manny's bat. The detective work begins. Thanks for the help!
