Low grade 1948 Leaf Paige, the elusive unicorn
I am still on a quest to acquire a 1948 Leaf Satchel (Leroy) Paige in a low grade. Ones and twos have come up on the radar, but I am in search of the authentics, they are out there, but have not come to the surface yet. Of course my search become more and more difficult with high grade examples going for close to $90k, and SMR running their article featuring the set. I swear, those guys have my phones bugged.
Irregardless, if anyone is looking to part with a low grade, barely held together, graded Satch from the Leaf set at a "decent" price, drop a line, I have a good home for it. Last edited by yanks87; 03-20-2017 at 05:14 PM.
