have a few lower grade PSA high numbers 1952 topps for sale on ebay right now....it is 8% cash back on purchases so fill up you set needs and some ebay bucks at the same time.

I guess when I mark priority shipping it pre-populates that if you are checking and live out of the country. I rarely if ever have an outside the USA buyer when i do sell on ebay...so I did not fill this out with a fee that I put in there...must be something ebay auctions figures based on the method of shipping you choose.

Guess blame the post office in the United States for that fee and not me....

That might be due to the shipping fees outside the U.S. customers, like me, see when looking at your listings?

I'll never understand shipping fees but I do know E-Bay makes a fortune with Global Shipping, and I have no doubt, like in your case, very little is explained to sellers like you as they know most would likely not agree to it because it is excessive and you are likely to lose potential customers because of it.

+1....yes I am going to look into this more this weekend when I am done with kids basketball games and have a chance to read up on it more on ebay
