Quick ebay question for sellers of BIN or best offer
Hi Guys:
If you are selling on ebay and have a BIN or best offer and you set the do not accept offers under a certain price, do you see the offers that come in even if ebay rejects them because you set the amount higher? I have made two offers that were rejected right away. I can contact the seller off ebay, but want to know if he has seen my rejected offers on ebay or not before I contact him directly. Please advise. Thanks, Fred
