I am having a hard time wrapping my head around the fact that I own these two cards.
I recently had my first go-round with flipping a collection. 12 near sets sold over the course of 2 months. They were priced well for resale and I found a buyer with whom I was able to establish a really solid connection. I used the profits to nearly complete my 1951 Bowman set (still need Ford and Dickey). I LOVE the Mays. PSA3 looks real solid to me for condition. It's a little O/C, but this cards almost always is. A nice clean back without stains is a major bonus for me as I feel like 51 Bowman has those issues all the time! And as a Yanks fan, it doesn't get any better than Mickey. The MC doesn't really bother me, it's pretty much the same as Mays. I'm just glad he's unobscured and there are no creases or wrinkles going through the major parts of the card. Some may see this as an investment piece, but I don't ever see these cards changing hands (unless I get a chance at a major upgrade!)
