| 1947 Bond Bread... What can you tell me about these?

I have the chance to get a very clean Lou Boudreau, titled from the 1947 Bond Bread set. I have heard of Bond Bread cards, but have zero experience with them outside of name familiarity. What can you guys tell me about them? Thank you!
