1978 NBC News Clip of NYC ASCCA Show
Finally got my hands on this and wanted to share.
What you're looking at is a 1978 NBC News clip featuring one of the early NYC shows hosted by my father along with Bob and Paul Gallagher. My dad is 38 years old here which is bizarre to me since I'll be turning 38 myself this December. My father is asked about his Wagner at the end and in May of 1978 he would have been in possession of the Jumbo Wagner. Disappointingly, the Wagner shown in the clip is a Dover reprint. I was hoping there'd be more insight provided as to the circumstances etc. surrounding the find of the Jumbo but sadly no. Still a fun watch  :
