Bloomington Bloomers? Postcard
Hi-
I purchased the postcard scanned below at a small paper show in Brimfield MA a few weeks ago. I got it because I thought it was at least a college team and possibly a minor league team (and it was relatively inexpensive). Is this the Bloomington Bloomers team? I found an old thread regarding another Bloomers picture but most of the photos do not show. Here is that thread http://www.net54baseball.com/showthread.php?t=119677 Here is a Wikipedia article on the team itself https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bloomington_Bloomers Only three people on my PC have Bloomington spelled out while the others only have a B on their uniforms so I was not sure if this was a mixture of players or a team. Can anyone recognize any players in my postcard? Please let me know if you need better scans. Thanks, Alan
