Interesting card. At first I thought it might be a 1908 since it has the name on the front. Looking at the back though shows it to be copyrighted 1907.

The 1907 Mullin wasn't issued with a name on front.

Does the name appear to have been handwritten on the card? Or, does the 1908 Mullins carry a 1907 copyright?

I'm honestly not sure, it does not appear to be handwritten to me. Maybe I can get a better scan later, hopefully another board member will chime in with knowledge on this issue

I did a little more research. Looks like the "Mullin" was handwritten on the 1907 Dietsche.

Compare with this 1908 Mullin as issued with a 1908 copyright:
