Mickey Mantle Paperweight
Picked this up the other day. Thought it would look cool sitting on a desk. Not sure if it was massed produced or not.

I think glass paperweights with that shape were produced and sold sometimes with decorative items underneath, and sometimes left for the purchaser to insert their own items -- usually playing cards.
