It's not on the slab....but I can't tell if it's actually on the card or a piece of something that got caught between the card and the slab.

Yep it is Howell just going off Howell's T206 portrait. That's crazy...never noticed. reduced due to wrong player

The card is either "photo-swapped" or it is a "typo".
