Whether Men Needed
Is Hurricane Alex truly the first hurricane of 2016, or from a meteorological perspective is it the last hurricane of the 2015 cycle?
Does anyone remember the last January hurricane in 1938?

Mother Nature don't read no stinkin' calendar. Alex is the first using the rules set forth by those who make the rules regarding such "important" things but a late season leftover is what it is.
