Newly Found Uncataloged Phillies Set???

Hi Guys:

Having spent 60+ years in the Philadelphia area and being a long time Phillies collector I recently ran into a "new" set I had not seen before nor do I believe has it been cataloged.

These are 5x7, heavier stock than even the Jay picture pack photos.

Let's call them the Perkasie Tree Day set. See examples below. Has anyone seen them before or have any of them?

I contacted the real estate office mentioned on the bottom of the card to ask for info. I asked if they had any of the cards and they replied they did not but in a later email they wrote this:

Boone appeared at my office 1979 and Gross in 80.
We had a number of Phillies player appear for our annual tree day and the opening of the Pennridge Little League. Similar style cards were printed for each player.

Years not attended by a Phillie an Eagle player appeared.
We stop having our annual tree day because of the difficulty getting a pro. athletic to appear.

I did check with one other long time Phillies collector who told me he had a handful of these, with one being Marlon Byrd from 2003 and not Noles. So don't know what that means. Maybe both appeared that year of the above list is incorrect.

At any rate, I'd like any input you can provide.

It's a shame one of the retired players wouldn't make time to make an appearance, let alone one of the current players, even a journeyman. Sounds like a long running tradition that is now dead.
