Default FS: 206-Card Lot 1970 Topps PSA 9 (80), 8.5 (6) & 8 (120) w/ Stars,Munson RC & more

I have a group of 206 high-end (PSA 9, PSA 8.5 and PSA 8) 1970 Topps Baseball including stars and low pops that I am looking to sell as a single lot
or in several parts (see below).

I've included a few photos of the major stars and higher-end low-pops to give some idea of what you should expect. No surprises. For those here who know how OCD I am when it comes to condition and centering, you probably know what to expect. For those who do not, I hope the pictures are helpful.

The highlights of the lot include:

as some of the better LL and WS cards.

This group has a current VCP average of $7,787 (VCP realized is actually $9,047)! I am asking $7,000 firm (PP gift),
which includes insured delivery (that's just under 90% of VCP average).
