Rickey Henderson 3000th hit Season ticket (9/16 ppd. due to 9/11 attack)
Looking for opinions on the value of a Henderson 3000th hit season ticket and the acceptance of the ticket as a 3k hit ticket.
Most know that Rickey Henderson picked up his 3,000th hit on Oct. 7th. But, for those who are unaware, this was a makeup game, due to the 9/11 terrorist attack. Below is a list of the games that were postponed and the makeup date. http://www.foxsports.com/mlb/san-die...Type=1&month=9 9/11 vs Dodgers: PPD --> 10/2 9/12 vs Dodgers: PPD --> 10/3 9/13 vs Dodgers: PPD --> 10/4 9/14 vs Rockies: PPD --> 10/5 9/15 vs Rockies: PPD --> 10/6 9/16 vs Rockies: PPD --> 10/7 Note that the 10/7 game was originally scheduled on 9/16. From what I have been told, the 9/16 ticket was accepted and stamped with a red star on the back of the ticket (as seen in the attached image).
