1990's Topps Wax/Cello/Foil?
I quit buying new baseball cards in about 1992. I am now having trouble figuring out what was actually produced after 1992.
How many years in the 1990's did Topps produce Baseball "Wax Packs" versus "Foil Packs"? Did they create both at the same time? What years in the 1990's did Topps produce baseball Cello packs? I was thinking through 1993. Any help would be appreciated. I have tried to ask some of the bigger card dealers that same question with no response to date.
