I know George Brace made such repros using negatives he shot in the 1940's or 1950's. So the photos he produced from those negatives are photos of the original Fatima cards, and were produced as needed to fill collector demand.
Many of Brace's negatives had the Fatima name scratched out, but I can't recall if this particular team was that way. The RPPC could have been produced anywhere from the 1950's to the 1980's.
