Two pictures of E. Gordon Goudey
Perhaps some of you have already seen pictures of Mr. Enos Gordon Goudey from other sources, but my own searching proved fruitless until I bought a subscription to the Boston Globe digital archives.
Here are two pictures from the Globe, each in the context of his presidency of the Canadian Club of Boston. The second was part of a larger cartoon featuring several eminent guests of the Club following Goudey's return from a trip where he shot a moose. (Perhaps it was seeing this second picture of himself in the paper that gave Goudey the idea for his 1938 set!) Goudey photo.jpg Gordon Goudey cartoon.jpg
