1948 Champion Indians autographed book
Looking to sell a "How to Pitch" book by Bob Feller, which has been autographed on the inside by 21 ball players (19 of the 1948 Cleveland Indians). The book is in rough shape as can be seen in the photos, but other than a little bit of water/smearing damaged to 3 sigs,the signatures are quite nice. The book was inscribed to the original owner in Bob Feller's hand. The other signatures on the book include:
Lou Boudreau (HOF) Mel Harder (pitching coach) El Klieman Bill McKechnie (tough HOF) Joe Tipton Dale Mitchell Bob Kennedy Thurman Tucker Eddie Robinson Ellis Kinder (tough signature of the BoSox pitcher) Jack Kramer (also BoSox) Don Black Walter Judnich 2X Bill Lobe (BP and bullpen catcher) Hal Peck Ray Murray Russ Christoper (D. 1954, toughie) Bill kennedy Hank Edwards Bob Feller (HOF) Joe Gordon (HOF) Unfortunately other hall of famers Larry Doby, Satchel Paige, and Bob Lemon are not present.
