Thirty years ago I acquired some unusual 1983 Donruss panels. Let me explain: I have approximately 12 to 15 different panels. They vary from the regular cards in that they are very high gloss, some with proofing bars. There's more space between each card and the one next to it than is actually necessary to provide for correct border sizes (if cut). Finally, the area between each card is imperforate.
Has anyone else encountered these panels, or have an explanation for their existence? Any information would be much appreciated. Thanx, Craig |
