Willie Mays Auto
I have mentioned here before that I have been working on getting as many 1963 Fleer baseball cards autographed. I am up to 35 cards out of the 66 card set. As you might expect, I have an EBay search set up. This came up in the search yesterday:

I won a Mays auto on that Topps Million Dollar Challenge thing a few years back and they look nothing alike. But, I suppose this could be an early career auto. Any thoughts?

I don't think it is a forgery, just an innocent attempt to write Mays' name by the original owner of the card.
