1961 Fleer Basketball jerry west question
Sorry for the post in the wrong forum. Can I get peoples' opinions on the authenticity of the following card on ebay? The color should be yellow, not greenish yellow and the image is grainy. If the seller says he doesn't know my gut says pass, but you never know. Thanks

In that shape, if he "didn't know" it would have been easy to verify so that he would "know." Nobody is going to sell that card in that shape for $100. In no uncertain terms, he "knows."

I'd probably let it go.
I'm not all that familiar with 61 fleer, so I did what I usually do and looked at others on Ebay. Some, like the other Jerry West card seem to have a bit of color difference, and some of the other cards do too. But that card - All the other ones are almost identical as far as color goes. Add in that the seller has other 61 Fleer, one of them graded, and that's just too many points against. Steve B
