Zimmermann No Hitter 9/28
Proud to say I was at today's Nationals no hitter. Jordan Zimmermann was fantastic and it was incredible to witness it first hand. How fitting for the National with the most club wins gets their first No-No. One of the most undervalued pitchers in today's game.
Here's a pic from almost exactly a year ago where I met him (and Ian Desmond) at a local signing. Quiet and shy, but a nice guy. Also throwing in a few of my Zimmermann cards in honor of his achievement.
