T206 Tinker yellow background
Was looking through my cards and came across this T206 Tinker. I'm assuming it's either missing the red ink OR was one of the latter ones printed during the end of the printing run when the machine was running out of red ink. Is this rare? I've included a picture of a normal "red card" for comparison. Any information will be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
