Stanzak (or Stanczak) Brothers Baseball Team
I'm working on an illustration of the Stanczak Brothers baseball team. Back starting in 1929 the Stanzak's (name was changed to fit better on their uniforms, or so the story goes) were a popular semi-pro team in the Chicago area. They played a few series against other brother teams throughout the thirties and as far as I can tell played into the late '40's.
Does anyone have photos of these guys? I found a few low-resolution pictures on the web, but was wondering if anyone on Net54 has any press photos or anything of a good quality where I can make out some facial details. I figure if any website will have something, the guys on Net54 would.
