My point is this. Why is your website gonna crash right when people are online trying to squeeze bids in before the 10:00 cutoff and you aren't willing to extend the auction deadline?? That is poor customer service if you ask me. To make it worse, I called the phone number to get bids in before 10, and the person put me on hold to help someone else make last second bids. Then when he got to me, it was after 10, and he was like.."uhh....it's too late!"........NO S**T SHERLOCK!!!!
