WTB: 1963 Topps Pete Rose lower end
Hi everyone. I'm looking to buy a collector grade 1963 Topps Pete Rose rookie. I'm just looking for one that's presentable without any major flaws like marks or paper loss. Definitely not looking for high end cards or anything in the 5 or higher grade. Lower end 4's, presentable 2 and 3's are what I'm looking for and raw cards.
