O/T usps mail problem need help!!!

Ok I sent a package usps priority mail insured with signature confirmation to probstein123 and it was sent on april 10th from san diego California and last scan show's it leaving long beach ca on the 11th and it was supposed to be delivered on the 12th. Probstein still has not received the package and the post office cant find it . If anybody has ever had this kind of problem and can help me on what steps I need to take to find and locate the package would be appreciated thanks

Hopefully you sent it insured. Signature required only works if the package actually gets there......good luck....

I had 1 submission get lost in transit. (while going to Beckett)
It will only cover what you had it insured for.
I filed a claim online thru USPS.
You need detailed descriptions and its values for assesment.
Then wait and get a check in the mail.
Keep in mind, it is only the value as they were, not what they could been.
There you can provide Ebay description/value too, but remeber they only pay the max, what insurance you took out.
