Horse Racing coin? + Free program

Does anyone know a value of this coin? It is from Keystone Race Track, later Philadelphia Park, now PARX. I'm not sure of composition (Pewter?Nickel?), but it weighs around 3/4 oz and is the size of a silver dollar. They were found as part of my Uncles' estate.

Also, if anyone wants a program from Keystone (1975-76), shoot me a PM and I'll send you one for the cost of postage. I have about 50.
