I got this book signed with my dad at the book signing in MD in 91' when this came out. Book is in excellent...never been read condition...auto is perfect...guaranteed authentic.

pete--if you don't sell it and want it authenticated, you should consider cutting up the sig into a 3x5. that way you can submit it to psa/dna when they run specials and it will only cost you $12-$15 in authentication fees instead of the $100. you can search ebay to see how much the mantle 3x5 slabbed go for to see if it's worth it.

I'd rather have the book than trash it to save money to make it a 3x5, but that's just me.

pete can keep the book, and sell the 'graph. we're not talking about black betsy here, there are other mantle signed books (as well as signed mantles) in the sea so everyone can put their soapboxes away. pete is listing this way under what they go for on ebay and it's still here, just giving him options if he wants it sold and save himself money tpg-ing it.

thanks isaac...200-250 seems to be the going rate with coa...so I expect that without one...it will sell a little less.

I know the coa talk bla bla bla but anyone who is familiar with Mantle knows thats an amazing example. I would be shocked if it sells for less than 200
