Still looking for the Piedmont 42
I have missed about 3 great deals on the Piedmont 42 back. I really want one for the collection. Please PM me offers. Also looking for more Hall of Famers, Southern Leaguers, Rare Backs etc. I have decided to take my collection to the next level. Thank you.

they are tuf, but not impossible.....keep searching, you will find.......sometimes the hunt is part of the fun....
 wait for the one the you like...if your looking for a clean example, try to get one not stained or paper loss....clean examples are tufer and come at more of a premuim....i personally don't mind beaters if they are not too bad....gona prob run a few hundred....depends on player/condition...i thought erick had one for sale  Good Luck Wazoo

Thank you! I have started to notice that. I was telling you about that beautiful Piedmont 42, but it had all those pencil marks on it. It sold for $86...so yeah. I also saw Erick's, but that went in a matter of minutes. I was also looking through old threads and saw a Magee (Batting) for $150, it would probably grade a 2. 3 great misses, just gotta keep looking. Thank you once again.

i was going to buy Ericks, but had a few other big purchases out there  Erick is one great guy to deal with, he is the man...... If you can get a decent common(1 or 1.5) at $150.00, you did awesome... so keep searching, trust me, you will find....they are a tufer back than people realize.....i have 14 over the last 12 years or so.....i am collecting the subset which will take my entire life....most are beaters... the real rush- tip: find one that everyone misses, like an Easter egg hunt....when you get a beater for like $40.00, it is AWESOME  ....just keep looking at ebay listing....takes forever, but very rewarding....
