Need Help Regarding a Vintage Yankee Photo

Hi guys, i know this item may not be pre war, but i need your help. i got offered these 2 roger Maris Requena photos. please help in regards to rarity and value. they supposedly came from the Requena archives.

Would they be Type 1?
