I hate to say this but your item is probably fake in that the "Babe Ruth" was added later.

Read the thread I posted. This is not my opinion. It is a fact. The Ruth lettering was put on after the manufacture, most likely to raise the value. I have now seen other ones, identical, without the Ruth lettering. You are selling the exact same one I returned. The needle kit is real, neat and a curiosity but it isn't Ruth on the cover.
