Just curious as to everyone's personal subjective opinion toward the items or issues with the best eye appeal. I know there are lots of options out there, but my collecting has typically been driven by eye appeal. Please show your thoughts and I'll show mine too!
Here are a couple to start: |

I really have a thing for vintage pennants. The older the better.

You certainly can't go wrong with the T51s or T6s (pictured above)...
My personal favorite eye-appeal card set is the 1955 Topps All-Americans. Great color and graphics. As far as memorabilia, I love the look of college football helmets displayed together. This is especially a good look if you have the space to display a whole conference, for example. I love going into sports bars in "college towns" and seeing helmets displayed around the bar or above the bar. |

As far as I'm concerned, nothing touches the classic 1950 Bowman set. Here are a few of my favorites ...

There is just something about the classic look of the N302's that really appeals to me.

I, too, am very partial to the classic poses in this set. I have the whole set graded by SGC---Here are a few of mine:

A little newer than the replies so far, but I have always thought that the '59 Bazooka and '64 Kahns were beautiful sets.

After viewing this thread, I cant pick just one.
From the Mayo, Leafs, 52 Bowmans, 57 Topps to the 1977 Largent rookie.... to name a few of the most beautiful sets and cards. Who can pick just one, and even if you did, it would change year in and out. |
