FS: Jimmie Wilson Vintage Rawlings Catcher's Mask Now On EBAY!
Hello friends. I reside on the card side, but would like to sell this mask and eventually many of the 275 autographed balls I have acquired over the years. I bought this mask on Ebay about ten years ago with hopes of putting together a collection of catcher's gear. Two kids later, I am only collecting cards. I have never seen another one of these. I was able to date this to 1933, but have been unable to find anymore info on it. As far as condition goes, it has a bit of red paint on a wire and on the inside of the padding. The leather of the top buckle is broken. Everything is original that I can tell, and is in pretty good condition. A beautiful one sold in a recent MEARS auction:
