I was looking through the 2012 Topps series 2 set when I noticed the write up on the back of Robinson Cano's card. It mentioned that Cano's 1,107 hits in six years was the most by a second baseman..."since the game's all-time hits leader's 1,111 from 1963-68"
Can they not even mention Pete Rose's name on baseball cards any more..or has he become "He Whose Name Can Not Be Mentioned."? |
