An email, indicating that you want a card, takes precedence over PMs or posts in this thread.
Payment by check is preferred and if you are a repeat buyer the card will be sent immediately. New buyer checks will have to clear before the card is sent. If you wish to use PayPal we will split the 3% fee.
Shipping/handling is $5.00 for insured first class.
