Cross Over Grading Question
I have a T206 PSA 1 card that I think is undergraded. I am planning to send to SGC as I prefer the black background on this set anyways.
But SGC says the minimum grade requested has to be equal or less than the current grade for a crossover. Is there anyway to have them consider upgrading the grade? Or would I be better of breaking it out of the slab and then just submitting to SGC as a raw card? Thanks! Joe
